According to rumors, the new DLC for The Witcher will be comparable in scale to the Hearts of Stone add-on and will close a number of storylines.
According to an insider: • More than 100 developers are working on the project - which is unusual for a small add-on; • The action will take place in a new region, presumably in Zerrikania; • Ciri may be at the center of the plot - this is considered as a possible step towards the next part of the series; • Development is being carried out by Fool’s Theory studio, known for its work on the remake of the first part, while CD Projekt RED is not directly involved in the project.
