Arrowhead themselves spoke about this.The Rogue-lite mode will be called Planet Warfronts.With its launch, missions on planets will be divided into three types:
• Defend – missions to protect objects in liberated territories; • Frontline War – missions for direct confrontation with the enemy; • Behind Enemy Lines – missions behind enemy lines.
Each mission will unfold around a key object in the location - for example, a city.In this case, some modifier will be applied to the task.Among the possibilities are the capture of the city within a certain time or attacks from enemy artillery (it will need to be destroyed to complete tasks).
It is still unknown when Planet Warfronts will launch.
But Galaxy War Campaigns will launch in June.These large-scale campaigns will replace Major Orders.Campaigns will last 1–3 weeks and will have clearer objectives and a progression system.For completion, more valuable rewards will be given than medals - for example, for completing the first campaign they will be given a new infantry reconnaissance vehicle.
