In a test on the diyAudio forum, audiophiles were unable to distinguish between the sound coming from a copper wire, a banana, and wet dirt.Only in 6 out of 43 cases did the experiment participants manage to answer correctly.

As part of the test, audiophiles were asked to listen to the same tracks and guess the sound of: an original recording from a CD, a professional copper wire, 20 cm of wet dirt and a 13 cm banana.

As a result, the result turned out to be at the level of random guessing.Some experiment participants even praised the sound made through 20 cm of wet mud. #game
