Sega in its latest financial report recorded a loss of 31.3 billion yen (about $204 million) associated with the acquisition of Rovio.

The company said it was temporarily suspending major mergers and acquisitions as a result of the results.

Rovio was acquired by Sega in 2023 for $776 million. #game
