Silent Hill: Townfall will not officially be a "small" spin-off.
Konami has confirmed that the game's length is comparable to full-fledged parts of the series, which means we are in for a much more ambitious project than many expected.
According to the developers, Townfall will be close in duration to Silent Hill 2 Remake (approximately 18–32 hours) and Silent Hill F (15–34 hours).
It is also possible that the game will offer more spacious locations, perhaps even with elements of a small open world on the island where the events take place.
