❤️🔥 This is what surprised me most during the Future Games Show Spring Showcase event.A remaster of Defender of the Crown, a 1986 hit released for the Amiga, has been announced. It was one of the most beautiful games back then. The project is dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the original. The remaster is subtitled Legend Returns and will be released this year.In the setting of medieval Britain, you need to capture enemy castles on a small global map, interrupted by strategic components and mini-games.Among the latter there are knightly tournaments, one-on-one sword fights, direct use of a catapult, and so on.The game will have two graphic modes. The first one will show the game in the retro style of 1986.And the second will have improved graphics. This second one, IMHO, looks very stylish. At the same time, the interface and mechanics will be improved to modern standards.Russian language is declared. This is what we are waiting for.In 1986, I couldn’t play hityaru yet, and many of them weren’t even born yet. Therefore, it is doubly interesting to try.
