Ubisoft fired an employee for publicly expressing dissatisfaction

David Michaud-Kromp worked in the studio for 13 years and received his well-deserved three days notice.

It’s interesting that the employee repeatedly spoke out against management’s decisions and their mistakes: • Expressed dissatisfaction with the appointment of Yves Guillemot's son to a leadership position at Vantage Studios.

• Stated that ordinary employees are paying for the mistakes of management, which at the same time “continues to swim in millions.”

• Criticized studio strategies that continue to “bite at the same place.”

All these moments were recorded in screenshots and, apparently, reached management.

The studio has not commented on the situation and, most likely, will not, since Michaud-Kromp fits perfectly into the upcoming cuts. #game
