Women's gold necklace with emerald pendant and figured garnet clasp, Roman Egypt, 2nd - 3rd centuries AD.
Its length is only 34.5 cm, the height of the pendant with fastening is approx.4 cm. An unusual large rosette on a clasp with a garnet, thanks to which the necklace looked great both in front and on the back of a graceful woman’s neck.
The place of discovery and production is Roman Egypt. The artifact was purchased by a private individual in Egypt and donated to the museum.
