Producer June Takayouti has stated that the line of remakes will eventually lead to the numbering parts, which is why Requiem is strongly linked to previous games through familiar elements and characters.

To follow this logic, the remakes should get Resident Evil 1, 5 and 6, and Resident Evil Zero its updated version, rumored to be expected as early as 2027. #game
