CD Projekt Red could work with WayForward, the authors of Shantae, on a 2.5D fighter based on Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

The project, codenamed Gemini, was in the research and prototyping phase in 2025–2026.The game was conceived as a dynamic beat 'em up with online multiplayer and rollback netcode.

The current status of the project is unknown - it could be frozen or completely canceled. #game
