Germany will change the way you open cases in CS2

Starting March 16, players from Germany will have a new X-Ray Scanner tab in their inventory.It will be possible to open containers only through it.

When scanned, the container is "used" and the player is shown the item that is inside.After this, the container disappears from inventory and cannot be sold or transferred.To scan the next container, the player must redeem the item shown, essentially opening the previous case.

The change only applies to players from Germany and is due to local restrictions on loot box mechanics. #cs2
