Glen Scofield - creator of Dead Space, co-founder of Sledgehammer Games and former head of Striking Distance Studios - has announced his retirement after 35 years in the gaming industry.

In his farewell address, he thanked his colleagues, family and players for their support, noting that he was fortunate to work with "the best talent in the world" and witness one of the most creative periods in the history of the gaming industry.

Scofield also said that in recent years he tried several times to convince EA to develop Dead Space 4, but these attempts to persuade these fagots were never successful.

At the end of the address, he wished good luck to the new generation of developers, urging them not to be afraid to experiment and remember that the main thing is the idea. #game
