Legion Commander can run during the Duel, for this she needs an Aghanim Scepter.

In the new patch, the Legion has the ability to use abilities in a duel, and Aghanim Scepter buffs Press The Attack, making it an AOE ability.

If you press Press The Attack outside the radius, the Legion and the enemy simply start running straight into the Duel.
