🔥 Owlcat Games on the Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy blog have put out a fancy text about the Inquisition.
In Dark Heresy, players face three main divisions of the Inquisition the Great Horde, each hunting their own threat: the Malleus Horde destroys the demons and forces of Chaos, the Xenos Horde tracks down and destroys an alien threat, and the Ereticus Horde fights heresy and traitors within the Empire itself.
The game will feature representatives from each of the Ordos: the Inquisitor Ahmazi investigates cases related to demonic evil, Millicentillia acts against the Xenos, and Leander de Taraal deals with the particularly important Ordo Ereticus case.
The Inquisition isn't limited to its own agents. The Order Malleus can engage the Grey Knights, the Order Xenos the Deathly Hallows, and the Order Ereticus works closely with the Battle Sisters.
If you're interested in learning more about these Ordos, I'd recommend one of the best books on the Vaha -- the cycle on the Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorne. It's made up of three books, each named after one of the Ordos.
