Retro enthusiasts dug up a build of the unreleased Ironclad for Xbox 360 from people from Treyarch. It was supposed to be a game in the spirit of Wells’s “War of the Worlds,” where you can control a mech and fight aliens. The project was developed by The Workshop Entertainment, which gave us The Sorcerer on PS3.The studio's founders include Treyarch's father Peter Akemann, as well as Chris Busse and Charles Tolman. The prototype was uploaded to hiddenpalace by a user under the nickname Aubrey, and the game itself was built on December 16, 2008.It includes several levels and possibly the beginning of the game, where the hero runs away from a giant tripod machine. #game
