Skyrim co-author on the reasons for rejecting bold ideas for the ending of The Elder Scrolls 6

• Kurt Kuhlman, one of the writers of Skyrim, shared plans for a dramatic ending for The Elder Scrolls 6, which could hint at a continuation of the series where the Thalmor achieve their goals of conquering Tamriel, and players only partially save the day.

• However, Kuhlman admitted that such an ending was impractical due to the long wait between games, and believed that it was better not to leave hints about a sequel that would appear 10-15 years later. #game
