According to the same rumors, Microsoft at Gamescom is telling publishers that Project Helix will be a fully physical console with the ability to convert disks to digital.
Even more interestingly, a major publisher (not Rockstar) has already warned Sony that if the company doesn't guarantee the physical release of its big title, it will only release the game on Microsoft and Nintendo platforms.
