Sony has introduced a new line of headphones for the PS5 PlayStation Pulse and Pulse Edge.

Both models were equipped with augmented flat-screen magnetic drivers, a PlayStation Link with lossless and low-latency audio transmission, simultaneous Bluetooth connection, and an AI-powered microphone.

Pulse Edge's main differences: 8 magnets per driver versus 4 for the regular Pulse; deeper bass; active noise suppression; a snapping microphone on the barrel and a hidden built-in microphone; game and chat balance adjustment on the PS5; audio connection; a complete case.

The PlayStation Pulse will be released in select regions in the 2026 holiday season, and the Pulse Edge in early 2027. #game
