The Coalition is concerned that there will be major firings in the studio after the release of Gears of War: E-Day According to Eurogamer sources, many employees are morally devastated after the recent firing of the narrative director and other employees last week. People have been working on the game for years and instead of the joyful release, they are nervous about finding new work. The Coalition expected firings somewhere much better, but are now worried that this will happen before the game's release or at the time of release. Many people don't trust Microsoft because if they're fired, they won't get any bonuses and Microsoft will find a loophole not to pay, although Eurogamer sources say the payments should be paid to the fired. #game
