The authors of Meccha Chameleon spent only a couple of months on development and invested almost no money in advertising.Instead, the project took off thanks to TikTok, streamers and word of mouth.
As a result, a simple game, assembled in Unity using ready-made assets, sold about 10 million copies and, according to media estimates, brought the creators almost $40 million.
