The PS5 game can now be played on Steam Deck thanks to the Asobi: Remote Play client

Asobi: Remote Play is a cloud-based game streaming service for PS Plus Premium subscriptions (not Deluxe). It is possible to play games from your own library that support cloud streaming now there are 3,970 projects including Ghost of Yotei.

Asobi: Remote Play is available for free, but 1080p/60fps and other plugins require a paid subscription. PS Plus Premium subscription will also be required.

Windows 11 is not supported yet, so there are no Ghost of Yotei on PC.
