The script for the Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls story was written by Kieron Gillen, a comic book author and former gaming journalist.
As a comic book writer, Kieron Gillen is best known for his X-Men stories, having written the Uncanny X-Men, Destiny of X, Fall of X and Sins of Sinister arcs.He also wrote stories about Loki (Journey into Mystery) and the Young Avengers.
In addition, Kieron Gillen is one of the creators of the Rock Paper Shotgun website.
The “plot” of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls itself will consist of five story arcs, each of which is dedicated to a separate team of superheroes:
• “Fighting Avengers” – Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Black Panther (Shuri).
• “Unbreakable X-Men” – Wolverine, Storm, Magic, Danger.
• “Amazing Guardians” – Spider-Man, Star-Lord, Ms. Marvel, Penny Parker.
• “Knights of Doom” – Doctor Doom, Magneto, Green Goblin, Carnage.
• “Samurai Outriders” – Deadpool, Blade, Ghost Rider, Loki.
Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls will be released on August 6th on
