Epic Games has detailed the future of the engine it will be radically different from UE5 and will offer a completely different approach to development.

Complete abandonment of the engine's key systems: Actor, Blueprints and Gameplay Framework in C++; It will all replace the new Scene Graph framework in Verse; AI will become a full-fledged part of development through a special protocol of integration with AI agents; Old projects will be transferred to Blueprints/C++ in Verse AI will be involved; Testing ground for the new version of the engine will be Fortnite.
