Valve in comments for HLTV explained several points: A team consisting of 4 players in the VRS cannot receive an invitation to the majors. If two teams have the same player in the VRS system, then the team ranked lower will NOT be able to participate in the majors. Also, if a player is in the VRS as part of one team at the time of the invitation, he cannot be declared as a substitute/coach for the other team. #cs2
