The project started as a Ludum Dare developer competition project and then grew into a full-fledged project, which has sold 500,000 copies on PC. The game has already received several DLCs (only one payload) and will continue to evolve. With the consoles of copies sold, this hit will be much bigger. The King is Watching has only one big minus - it's hard to get away from it.
