PHYSINT is a new large-scale espionage action from Hideo Kojima, positioned as the spiritual successor to the Metal Gear Solid series.

Officially confirmed facts about the project:

Publisher change: Initially announced in January 2024 jointly with Sony Interactive Entertainment and Columbia Pictures, the publishing rights and funding were transferred to Xbox Game Studios.

Rumors and speculation surrounding his involvement have circulated long after visits to the studio Kojima Productions, and the announcement made him the project's main character.
