Former Square Enix business development director Jacob Navok believes that after PlayStation's refusal of physical discs, PS Store games will likely become cheaper.
He believes that digital prices are now largely tied to physical copy prices, and when that factor disappears, publishers will start to compete more directly with each other in the digital store.
He cites the example of Steam, where the prices of games can drop significantly over time.
