No Mans Sky has received another major free update of Forsaken, dedicated to Halloween.

This time, the developers are proposing to explore abandoned spacecraft, infected space stations and other creepy corners of the galaxy in search of rare technologies and biological samples.

The items found can be exchanged with new merchants for unique modules for ships, and new features include biomechanical parts that allow for the creation of rather creepy corvettes.

They also added new cargo delivery tasks, additional cabins for ships, weapons, customization elements and improved interface.

But the main technical innovation is seamless warp jumps between neighboring star systems, so you can just pick a star out in the open and go to it without opening a galactic map.
