There's a city in China called Frutiger Aero.
And this is Shenzhen, and I'm seeing more and more comparisons on social media of pictures of the city with pictures of the aesthetics of Frutiger Aero, and I can tell you that's what life feels like.
This town has grown up on a level plain over the last 40 years before there was a fishing village, and now there's a local Silicon Valley with food delivery by drones, unmanned taxis and these huge spaces with gardens and skyscrapers.
Of course, these are just a few locations, but the rest of Shenzhen is by far the most comfortable city in China I've ever been to. It's very quiet, green, and the toilets don't make you want to crawl.
In addition, it is an ideal place to visit several cities at once: it takes a half hour by train to Guangzhou and only 15 minutes to Hong Kong.
