The Dragon Age Trilogy remastered in the spirit of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition is unlikely to happen.

According to the series' former executive producer Mark Darra, BioWare was actually considering a collection called Champions Edition that would combine Origins, Dragon Age 2 and Inquisition.

The main problem is technology. The first two parts run on their own BioWare engines, based on Aurora Engine, and there's hardly anyone left in the studio who understands how to work with them.
