It's the first preview of Marvel's Wolverine. It looks like Eurogamer accidentally dropped it two days before the embargo was lifted.
We love new screens and read details journalists called the game crazy, destructive, cinematic, but slightly predictable:
• The game's opening scene differs from the instant action-throwing Spider-Man: The Rosemach runs through the jungle, escaping an enemy.
• The prologue also introduces many of Logan's abilities, as well as the main mechanics from direct collision to stealth in the grass with illuminated enemy contours (the same PlayStation game) and the special ulta Last Survivor that turns Rosomakh into a machine for tinkering enemies.
• There is a sense of rhythm in combat when Rosomakh moves from one opponent to another.
• One of the most enjoyable new fights is the evaporative attack. In most games, it requires evasion. In Marvel's Wolverine, the player is forced to crawl into the opponent to pin his claws at the exact moment.
• Opponents include inhibitory machines they block Logan's regenerative abilities.
• There are sections in the game where you have to track the opponent by smell, using... no, it's not called the witch's sense, but the animal instincts of the Rosomach.
• Retro-style appears not only in the linearity of locations, but also in some episodes, such as a boss fight with a giant robot, where you have to dodge his massive arms and lightning strikes to hit vulnerable places.
• In the early stages, there are segments where the number of enemies exceeds the capabilities of the Rosomachi and it seems like you want to rush into the center of the battle, but you have to run away from the crowds and hang enemies on the edges.
Marvel's Wolverine will be released on September 15th exclusively on PS5.
