Valve seems finally tired of fixing the endless bugs with Meepo in Dota 2 the hero is banned from all modes, including Turbo.

In the last few months, Meepo has become a real rubber factory, with players finding ways to use the Hand of Midas indefinitely, duplicate items, get huge amounts of gold, bypass recharging abilities, and even make the hero virtually invulnerable.

Valve regularly issued patches, but some of the bugs were replaced almost immediately by others. Only in the last few days have developers had to repair the interaction of Meepo clones with Aghanims Scepter several times.
