Yesterday two new lawsuits were filed against VALVE
The law firm Hagens Berman accused the company of promoting gambling through a loot box system, and the British organization PRS for Music accused it of using music without a license.
Hagens Berman filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of millions of consumers, including minors. The firm is demanding triple damages, a ban on loot boxes and the return of “unfair gains.”
